The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/cafe, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' water slide.

Spire Bar was added to the hotel in 2021 during the renovation and stands as the headquarters of the Biltmore’s lively social scene. The beautiful outdoor bar and lounge has 250-seats serving a delicious array of refreshing cocktails, wines, and culinary creations.

The Spire Bar Server is responsible for service of beverage and/or food in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction; keep service station and section clean and organized at all times; serve, pre-bus and re-set tables during the shift; and maintain have significant menu knowledge of both the food and beverage menus.

• Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during and after shift.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain all specials, promotions and snacks.
• Take orders reciting selection of all call and premium brands as requested; maintain memorization of all available drinks.
• Upsell items as appropriate.
• Record the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system to inform the bartender and kitchen of the particulars in the order being placed.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Present the guest with the check promptly, thanking them and inviting them to return.
