Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley is seeking a proven leader for the Housekeeping division. You will lead the largest team in the hotel and drive guest service excellence as part of Drury Hotels' Operations Leadership team.
Responsibilities include training and coaching staff, delivering quality, service, and profitability metrics, and modeling QA best practices daily. A Bachelor's in hospitality or business and at least 1 year of supervisory experience are preferred.
