The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the General Manager of Outlets and Food & Beverage Managers in overseeing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets. This role ensures prompt, professional, and high-quality service is delivered to guests while helping to lead a motivated, guest-focused team. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in team supervision, service standards, guest satisfaction, training, financial performance, and operational excellence while developing the leadership skills and operational experience necessary for increased management responsibility.

This position may support multiple venues throughout the resort based on business needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Assist in managing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of all services.

Supervise and support team members including servers, order takers, and runners during all shifts, ensuring adherence to service standards, operational procedures, and luxury hospitality expectations
