Copper Alley Attendant

Join Marriott as a Copper Alley Attendant and help deliver exceptional hospitality in a vibrant food and beverage setting. In this guest-facing role, you'll warmly welcome visitors, support seating and flow, and assist with food and beverage service. You'll maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while upholding Marriott's service and brand standards. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in the Copper Alley area, providing a warm, professional welcome
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of seating, service, and high-traffic guest areas
• Monitor guest flow, support line management, and coordinate seating with restaurant or bar staff
• Assist servers and bartenders with running food, beverages, and clearing tables as needed
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, escalating issues when appropriate
• Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Support setup and breakdown of Copper Alley for daily service and special events
• Communicate effectively with front desk, food & beverage, and housekeeping teams to enhance guest experience
• Handle basic payments or checks if required by outlet procedures
• Promote Marriott amenities, loyalty programs, and property offerings
