Banquet Server | Flexible / On-Call | Paid Weekly

Chateau Luxe is seeking experienced, professional Banquet Servers to join our flexible Shift Pool
. This is a great opportunity for hospitality professionals looking to earn additional income while maintaining control over their schedule.

There is no fixed weekly schedule or minimum number of shifts required
. Available event shifts are posted to our staff pool, and contractors may choose the shifts they want to accept based on their availability
.

• Provide professional food and beverage service for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations
• Set and maintain guest tables, buffets, and service areas
• Serve plated meals, buffets, hors d'ouvres, and beverages
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, polished event space
• Assist with event setup, resetting, and breakdown as needed
• Follow Chateau Luxe service standards and event-specific instructions
• Work professionally and collaboratively with banquet captains, culinary staff, bartenders, and other event personnel
• Provide attentive, courteous service to guests throughout the event

• Provide Great Service to Guests & work fun events
• Choose when you work — accept shifts that fit your schedule
• No minimum weekly shift requirement

• Previous banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, or event-service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and strong guest-service skills
• Smiling Faces with a can-do attitude
• Dependable and punctual when a shift is accepted
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays, plates, and typical banquet-service equipment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment
• Reliable transportation to Chateau Luxe in Phoenix
