What

You’ll Do
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and event operations, delivering a seamless, elevated guest experience.
  • Direct liaison with event vendors to ensure efficient on-site logistics.
  • Follow up on special banquet and restaurant event arrangements to ensure all details are executed as planned.
  • Ensure quality standards and service expectations are met throughout each event.
  • Review and analyze banquet event orders (BEOs) to determine proper setups, timelines, and specific guest needs.
  • Communicate event details and any last-minute changes clearly to all relevant departments.
  • Produce and/or distribute banquet event orders, event resumes, event valet reports, IRD forms, and meeting minutes.
  • Attend weekly BEO and resume meetings to align upcoming events and priorities.
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays, to support a 24-hour operation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
  • Excellent client service skills with refined verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Proficient in general computer skills and basic office technology.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
