Banquet Setup & Event Operations Team Member

This is a physical event setup and breakdown position
. You will be responsible for moving, setting up, and breaking down tables, chairs, furniture, staging, and event equipment before and after events.

This job involves constant lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, walking, and being on your feet for long periods of time
. It is labor-intensive and requires strong physical stamina.

You must also have a flexible schedule. Events take place on different days and at different times, so shifts include weekends, evenings, late nights, overnight hours, and holidays
.

• Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, furniture, and event equipment
• Move and arrange heavy furniture and equipment throughout the venue
• Prepare ballrooms and event spaces according to event floor plans
• Load, unload, move, and store event equipment and supplies
• Assist with late-night and overnight event breakdowns
• Maintain organized storage and equipment areas
• Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and ready for guests

The three most important qualities for this position are:

• Physical Ability – You must be able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, and move heavy items throughout your shift.
• Flexibility – Your schedule will vary based on our event calendar. Weekend, evening, late-night, and overnight availability is required.
• Positive Attitude – We are looking for dependable team members who work hard, take direction well, help their coworkers, and maintain a positive attitude.

Previous experience in event setup, moving, warehouse work, hospitality, construction, or other physical labor is helpful but not required.
