About our property:
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the “Jewel of the Desert” since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' water slide.

The Senior Pools Manager is responsible for all aspects of the pool complex's operations and financial performance, including all pools, cabanas, pool amenities, food and beverage service and pool retail.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Pool Operations Oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the pool complex, ensuring a seamless, safe, and efficient experience from opening through closing.

Manage pool opening and closing procedures and ensure all operational standards are consistently followed.

Maintain appropriate staffing levels and labor standards throughout all hours of operation.

Ensure the proper care, cleanliness, organization, and presentation of pools, cabanas, public areas, equipment, supplies, and service areas.

Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, consistency, presentation, and service.

Manage relationships with outside vendors and service providers to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to hotel standards.
