We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to ensure that all rooms are kept clean and orderly for our guests. The Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in a timely and organized manner.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in a similar role is preferred
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Good physical condition to be able to lift and move objects as needed

• Clean and maintain guest rooms following company standards
• Change linens, make beds, and provide fresh towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets and dust surfaces in the room
• Restock room amenities such as drinking glasses, soaps, and towels
• Report any maintenance issues to the relevant department
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and customer service
• Team player mentality to collaborate effectively with other staff members
