About our property:
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929. This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration. It has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space spread out over the beautiful property, 9 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/café, and in-room dining), a luxury spa, and 7 pools including a 65' waterslide.

Essential Functions

• Perform massages and body treatments on guests using safe and professional techniques.
• Maintain an ample inventory of all products necessary to perform all massages and body treatments including towels, sheets, disposable panties, etc.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the high standards of the facility.
• Assist in any and all ways in the spa when not scheduled to perform services.
• Constantly maintain an up to date knowledge of the personal services performed.
• Answer all questions related to services performed and products used.
• Perform other related services as assigned by manager.
• Remain on time for work and appointments.

Supportive Functions

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
