Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, while leading and motivating the housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Address guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to housekeeping activities, staff attendance, and maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
