Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant
Position Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel. This role partners closely with hiring managers and field leaders to support staffing priorities, deliver a positive candidate experience, and meet time‑to‑fill goals. Success in this position requires strong sourcing capability, effective communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
The Recruiter will maintain accurate ATS documentation, provide regular pipeline reporting, and proactively build talent pipelines to support both immediate and ongoing hiring needs.
- Manage a large requisition load across multiple markets, ensuring consistent candidate flow and timely movement through the hiring funnel.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements, verifying experience, certifications (if applicable), availability, and overall alignment to the role.
- Maintain strong, consistent communication with field leaders by providing regular updates on staffing priorities, pipeline health, submittal activity, and overall requisition status. Ensure a positive candidate experience with consistent communication and timely follow‑up.
- Support urgent staffing needs by accelerating outreach and sourcing for critical or hard‑to‑fill roles.
- 3-5 years of Technical experience
- HS Diploma/ GED required
- Associate/Technical degree preferred
- Recruiting experience in a high-volume, multi-location environment with working knowledge of ATS systems, hiring compliance, and labor market dynamics.
- Experience partnering with field leaders and efficiently moving candidates through the hiring funnel is required.
Skills and Abilities
- The role requires strong screening and prioritization skills, the ability to manage high requisition volume across multiple locations, and clear, professional communication with candidates and field leaders.
- Success depends on sound judgment, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Primarily sedentary role requiring prolonged computer and phone use.
