• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and presenting to potential candidates

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR Generalist experience
• Advanced social media skills for organic and sponsored recruiting advertising
• Strong networking ability and sales skills
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and adaptability to support organizational growth
• Energetic personality with a desire to make a positive impact
