About The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You’ll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care. Success Looks Like
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly recruiting goals
- Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
- Improving retention and candidate engagement
- Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs
- Being a positive, reliable teammate who shows up and takes ownership
- Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
- Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
- Build long-term relationships with candidates
- Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
- Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
- Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
- Competitive mindset
- Naturally empathetic with strong emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment
- Familiarity with Linked In, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
