About The Role:

We’re looking for an ambitious, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You’ll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care. What You’ll Do
  • Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
  • Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates
  • Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
  • Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
  • Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
