Overview

As a Global Benefits Manager at Honeywell, you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs within our Aerospace business. You will ensure that benefits offerings align with the company's compensation and benefits strategy and manage the day-to-day administration of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, contributing to employee well-being and satisfaction.

You will report directly to our VP Global Benefits
, and work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid schedule. You will help ensure that benefits programs are competitive, comprehensive, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs that align with the company's overall compensation and benefits strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in global benefits administration or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of global employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience with benefits administration systems and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
