Position OverviewPhoenix Autism Center is looking for a passionate and driven ABA Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts for key roles across our organization. This position is responsible for staffing Behavioral Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Assistant Clinical Directors, Clinical Directors, Office Managers and other staffing needs. The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring exceptional talent to support our mission of providing compassionate, child‑led therapy for children with autism.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy- Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent for clinical and administrative positions.
- Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and community networks to establish strong pipelines.
- Post job openings on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Proactively source candidates through networking, cold outreach, and attending relevant career fairs.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assess candidates for qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide support throughout the selection process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the recruitment progress for each role.
- Assist in preparing job offers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain regular communication with new employees before their start date to ensure engagement.
- Promote Phoenix Autism Center as an employer of choice through social media, outreach events, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Share success stories and organizational highlights to attract quality candidates.
- Attend job fairs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, and quality of hire.
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and enhance recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
* Equivalent experience will be considered.
- 2+ years of experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare, education, or behavioral health industry.
- Familiarity with hiring clinical roles such as RBTs and BCBAs is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
