The isolved Sales Enablement Consultant will help execute on the strategy of isolved’s Sales Enablement programs. The purpose of this role is to provide programmatic support to drive a consistent sales гром

• Perform needs and skills assessments.
• Develop, design, and deliver training.
• Manage Sales Enablement content and program ownership.
• Facilitate the right people to deliver training.
• Conduct onboarding calls on first day of employment to introduce goals and curriculum; conduct demo/value story certifications.
• Train to and enforce our बराबార processes, methodologies, and sales tools standards and compliance to ensure reporting accuracy.

• Have a bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Marketing & or related experience.
• Have 3-5 years successful sales or sales support responsibility.
• Successful experience as a quota‑carrying sales representative helpful but not required.
• Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.
• Are able to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Have creative partidos solving skills, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Have a self‑starter work ethic.
• Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Have experience using CRM tools and comfort with sales.
• Are fluent in English.
