** Overall Purpose
** This position is a key partner with the hiring managers to facilitate the acquiring exceptional technical talent for the company. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and demonstrates continuous commitment to employee engagement.

Understands the technical requirements of all assigned roles, the challenges, and how they contribute to the organization Works with talent coordinator to ensure a remarkable candidate experience Research and gather market intelligence and shares with other HR departments, specifically Compensation. Understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace that present recruiting opportunities

Collaborates with other HR colleagues to ensure offers are aligned with compensation programs and internal equity
** Minimum Qualifications
** BA/BS degree in engineering, business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience, preferred3+ years technical sourcing and corporate recruiting experience, preferably with a mix of software, big data and fintech.

Excellent research/sourcing skills. Including use of Boolean, deep source, and other emerging search techniques. Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates Good interpersonal skills and ability to network within the industry to identify top performers.

** Physical Requirements
** Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers.

Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers. Travel may be required.

The base pay scale for this position in:  Phoenix, AZ in USD per year is: $74,000 - $90,000.  Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
