• Own the Recruiting process
  • Build dedicated candidate lists for jobs
  • Call cold/warm leads along with internal applicants
  • Update CRM/ATS
  • Pre‑screen candidates and submit to clients
  • Prep candidates and clients before interviews
  • Debrief candidates and clients after interview
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates in final stages
  • Negotiate offers with clients and candidates
• Business Development
  • MPC candidates to target companies
  • Build relationships and post on social media to generate interest
  • Conduct job order calls and negotiate contracts with leads/clients
