Recruiter, Talent Manager

The recruiter will plug in with the team and help drive outcomes
. This person will support full-cycle recruiting end-to-end when needed and will also jump into specific parts of the funnel (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer close, finalist packages, client updates).

• Own searches end-to-end when assigned: intake → sourcing → screens → interviews → offer → acceptance
• Jump into specific bottlenecks to increase throughput:
• Build pipelines fast through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Run high-quality recruiter screens and present clear recommendations
• Coordinate interview flow and keep momentum with candidates and hiring leaders
• Support offer strategy, negotiation, counteroffers, and closing
• Produce clean shortlists and finalist presentations
• Deliver consistent search updates with metrics, risks, and next steps
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM documentation and ensure candidate experience stays strong

• Faster cycle times (screen-to-interview, interview-to-offer, offer-to-accept)
• Clear, concise communication that keeps hiring teams aligned and moving
• Hires made on time with a strong candidate experience

• Proven recruiter who can execute across the full cycle and also specialize tactically when needed
• Strong sourcing/outreach capability and confident screening judgment
• Comfortable owning ambiguity, prioritizing quickly, and pushing work to completion
• Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple searches and stakeholders
• Experienced with ATS/CRM tools and working with distributed teams

Contract engagement to start (hours/week flexible based on workload), with a path to full-time based on performance and fit.
