They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support a high-volume, multi-site recruiting environment. This contract opportunity offers the chance to manage full-cycle recruitment across a diverse range of technical and professional roles while collaborating closely with hiring leaders and HR partners. WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate screening, qualification reviews, background check coordination, compensation modeling, and offer management.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to ensure alignment with role requirements, conducting phone screenings and reviewing formal candidate submissions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Manage 20+ active requisitions simultaneously across multiple locations and disciplines, ensuring timely and organized progress.
- Maintain compliance with employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.
- High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience.
- Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in recruiting and hiring.
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-discipline recruitment efforts across numerous stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
- Full-cycle recruiting experience within an agency or corporate setting.
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades, engineering, or professional-level roles.
- Background in mining, energy, oil & gas, or other industrial sectors.
