Talent Manager, Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a client to hire a Sr. Recruiter with experience in Banking/Financial Services to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple finance roles. This hybrid role is onsite 4 days/week with remote Friday.
This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity with potential for permanent conversion, offering up to $100K annually, depending on experience.

Responsibilities- Manage 50+ open roles at any given time, across all levels—from entry‑level CSRs to Directors and Finance Analysts
- Drive end‑to‑end internal recruiting processes in a manual TA environment
- Partner with hiring managers to modernize recruiting practices while maintaining high standards
- Use various recruiting platforms to source, screen, and place candidates efficiently
- 5+ years internal recruiting experience
- 2+ years recruiting in Banking/Financial Services
- High‑volume recruiting experience across diverse finance roles
