The Recruiter role at MAPS Staffing is a blend of relationship-building, problem-solving, and full-cycle recruiting. You’ll work closely with candidates and clients to create strong, lasting placements that truly make an impact.

While commission opportunities begin early 💰, success in this role is about quality, follow-through, and trust — not just numbers. This is a great fit for someone who is motivated, organized, and enjoys building genuine connections.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Source and connect with candidates across education and healthcare using job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, strengths, and overall fit
  • Manage the full recruitment process from first conversation through placement
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term candidate pipeline
  • Support candidates through onboarding and beyond to ensure a smooth experience
  • Based within 40 miles of Phoenix, AZ ☀️
  • Strong communication skills and follow-through
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, or a relationship-focused role
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working toward goals while keeping a people-first mindset
  • Resilient, accountable, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with tools like Linked In and Indeed
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
  • Commission opportunities that begin early as placements are made 💵
  • Year 1 OTE around $125k
    , with continued growth in Year 2 and beyond 📈
