Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant
With locations in Phoenix, Austin, San Jose, Nashville, Costa Mesa, and Portsmouth, we are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented MSP Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will support key client programs by recruiting for portal-based requisitions and overseeing the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. You’ll act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, procurement teams, and candidates, ensuring seamless communication and delivering high-quality talent to meet evolving client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Source, screen, and qualify technical professionals for portal-driven requisitions
- Select candidates and provide candidate summaries that will ultimately be submitted into MSP portals, ensuring coverage of all applicable roles
- Provide listing updates/documentation and advocate for high prioritylistings
- Run MSP listingswhen we have direct accessto hiring manager
- Provide continuous candidate support throughout their assignments to drive retention and satisfaction
- Build and foster relationships with candidates to ensure long-termengagement and redeployment opportunities
- Ensure candidate on assignment check-insare being performed for k’s on payroll
- Attend supplier/req qualification calls with MSP programs/hiring managers
- Monitor daily requisition traffic and ensure timely submission of candidates
- Track and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide weekly/monthly activity reports
- Ensure compliance with all client and companyhiring policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within portal-based recruiting
- Previous recruiting experience required, preferably within an MSP, staffing, or technical recruiting environment
- Strong sourcing, networking, and candidate relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, resilience, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to quicklylearn and adapt to various
MSP portals and processes - Focused self-starter who pays high attention to detail and has a strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a non-traditional recruiting environment
- Ability to pivot on listingpriorities and maintainfocus during times of high listing volume
- Ability to find niche traffic/skillsets on demand
