Talent Manager
Reports to: Director of Talent Acquisition
Location: Remote – must reside where we have restaurants and near a major airport with preference for candidates living in –
AZ, CO, TX, CA, WA, IL & must be willing to travel 20% of the time
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $70,000-$95,000 per year plus a 5% annual bonus –
salary is dependent on experience and geographical location

The Recruiter plays a key role in finding, engaging, and hiring the talented leaders who bring our purpose to life every day. In this role, you’ll partner closely with our Operations team to build strong management pipelines, create an exceptional candidate experience, and help shape the future of our restaurant leadership teams.
- Full-cycle recruiting for Restaurant Managers, General Managers and emerging leaders across our restaurants
- Partner with Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and create proactive recruiting strategies to support business growth
- Build relationships with top industry talent through networking, social media, community events, and creative sourcing techniques
- Lead candidates through every stage of the process — from introduction to offer — ensuring a transparent and thoughtful experience
- Coach and support Managers on hourly recruiting best practices that strengthen our culture and hiring standards in our restaurants
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in our Applicant Tracking System (Dayforce)
- Collaborate on special recruiting projects and process improvements that enhance efficiency and engagement
- Stay current on recruiting trends, industry insights, and hospitality talent best practices
- Support New Store Opening hiring fairs by being on‑site with the management teams
- Experience managing a full-cycle recruiting process, MUST have experience within the restaurant industry
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you know how to connect authentically with people at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and shifting business priorities
- A collaborative teammate who takes initiative and delivers results independently
- Demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential information

- Sitting / standing 6-8 hours.
- Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
