As a Talent Sourcing Trainee, your main focus will be finding and speaking with candidates for exciting roles across Data, Analytics, and AI. These are some of the most in demand skill sets in the U.S. job market.

Your day to day will include:

• Reaching out to candidates on Linked In and job boards
• Speaking with people about their careers and goals
• Building relationships and professional networks
• Learning how to screen, interview, and prepare candidates
• Working closely with senior recruiters on live job opportunities
• Contributing to team targets and earning commission as you go
