We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across a large multi‑site medical group. This high‑impact role oversees HR functions for employees and ensures all workforce processes, systems, and policies remain compliant, aligned, and supportive of organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast‑paced environments, excels at both strategy and hands‑on execution, and is comfortable guiding teams through periods of growth or transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full‑cycle HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Provide workforce insights to leadership, optimize staffing models, and support strategic planning
  • Partner with hiring leaders and Talent Acquisition to expedite recruitment and reduce time‑to‑fill
  • Implement leadership development, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Manage job evaluations, corrective actions, grievance resolution, and investigations
  • Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws, wage and hour regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal policies
  • Develop and maintain HR programs related to selection, training, promotions, and employee well‑being
  • Serve as an adviser to executive leadership regarding organizational changes and personnel impacts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR 4+ years of relevant HR experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of hospital/healthcare organizational structures
  • Medi Clear certification or equivalent HIPAA training
  • Knowledge of state and federal wage & hour laws
  • Familiarity with labor market trends and healthcare accreditation standards
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
