Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, engage, and hire qualified candidates across technical, operational, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience while ensuring compliance with company policies and U.S. employment regulations.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer process
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates through Linked In, job boards, employee referrals, agencies, and direct outreach
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams
• Support offer preparation, salary benchmarking, and negotiation process
• Enhance employer branding and candidate experience
• Support onboarding coordination with HR and hiring departments
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, or corporate roles preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of U.S. employment practices and hiring compliance
