Vaco Phoenix is hiring a Recruiter for a top client in Tempe! This is a hybrid, contract‑to‑hire opportunity paying up to $100,000 annually. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter to support high‑volume hiring within a fast‑paced financial services environment, partnering closely with leadership to drive full‑cycle recruitment efforts and deliver top talent.
Responsibilities- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and manage the offer process
- Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance standards
- Build proactive talent pipelines
- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience
- 2+ years recruiting within banking or financial services in a corporate environment
Salary range is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
