- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process for roles within assigned pipelines.
- Source candidates through active outreach and targeted channels.
- Provide timely updates on pipeline status and progress toward targets.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and update applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Monitor recruiting metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Schedule interviews and manage calendar visibility for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements.
- Recommend process improvements to increase hiring efficiency and quality.
- Maintain strong knowledge of company growth goals and reflect merit-based progression.
- Assist in on-boarding coordination for new hires.
- Proven experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a recruiting role.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate data management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and pipeline management.
- Commitment to a positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Ability to source candidates via targeted channels and social platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and calendar coordination for interview loops.
- Experience screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Ability to deliver timely pipeline updates and metrics to leadership.
- Familiarity with crafting or refining job descriptions and role requirements.
- Assist with onboarding coordination and new-hire setup where needed.
