Vaco Phoenix has partnered with a growing organization to hire a Temporary Contract Recruiter to manage high-volume recruiting for key roles, including Field Technicians, Store Managers, and other hands-on or skilled trade positions. This is a fully onsite role, ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands‑on environment.
This is a fully onsite role, 40 hours/week, paying up to $34 per hour.
Responsibilities- Manage high-volume recruiting from sourcing through onboarding.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Track candidates and maintain reporting for all requisitions.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Prior experience in recruiting, ideally for high-volume, hands‑on, or skilled trade roles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
