Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building strategic partnerships with the business and hiring managers as it relates to Badger's recruitment activities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on managing the full‑cycle recruitment of roles for Badger's business in North America as well as special project support. The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Executes full cycle recruiting company‑wide, utilizing the applicant tracking system with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to the process.
- Builds strategic partnerships with the business and hiring managers, making hiring recommendations based on interviews, assessment data, and candidate qualifications.
- Develops sourcing strategies that maximize the exposure of Badger's open positions and identify top talent.
- Conducts weekly meetings with hiring managers to discuss needs and search progress.
- Partners with hiring managers to define interview teams, interview parameters, and competency requirements; participates in interviews and facilitates debriefing sessions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or high school diploma with work‑experience equivalency.
- Minimum of 7 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries.
- Experience as a consultative talent acquisition partner to the business.
- Experience working in a metrics‑driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting systems – ATS (ORC preferred), CRM, and sourcing tools.
