Technical Sourcer; Semiconductor & AI

As a Technical Sourcing Specialist, you are responsible for supporting the recruiting team. One of the main challenges of this position is identifying specialized talent in some of the most technical industries. The right person will be naturally curious, asking thoughtful questions that go beyond surface-level recruitment.

• Strategic access: Work directly with SBT principals, receive mentorship from industry veterans, and collaborate on business development, research strategy, and executive engagement across global tech markets.

• Collaborate closely with the Lead Sourcing Manager and recruiting team through strategy meetings to align on hiring priorities, candidate pipelines, and client needs.
• Proactively source highly specialized candidates using Linked In Recruiter, PCR (our internal ATS), Google X‑Ray search techniques, AI resources, and patent databases.
• Develop a strong understanding of emerging technologies by researching new tools, technical domains, and industry trends. This role rewards curiosity and the ability to learn complex technical concepts quickly.
• Track candidate data and sourcing activity in PCR and internal systems, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for the recruiting and leadership teams.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong interest in AI technology, engineering, or the semiconductor industry
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb new technical information
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven office environment
• Prior experience in technical recruiting, talent sourcing, research, or related fields is a plus
