• Source and engage top-tier technical talent across AI/ML, Data & Analytics, and Technology roles
• Build and manage talent pipelines using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates for technical fit, qualifications, and interest
• Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to fill client roles quickly and accurately
• Stay current on tech market trends, in-demand skills, and competitive talent landscapes

• 2-4 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in the staffing industry
• Experience sourcing for technical roles (AI, Data, Analytics, Software, IT, or similar)
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing tool proficiency
• High-activity mindset—comfortable with a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
• Based in Phoenix, AZ or open to remote work
