HR Coordinator

The selected HR Coordinator will be supporting a Construction Contractor servicing the Greater Phoenix Area. To express interest or verify qualifications, please email Recruiter directly. E:

• Coordinate job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and background checks
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure completion of required forms
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and events
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments and open enrollment activities
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation for compliance purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee information
• Other duties as assigned

• 3+ years of HR and/or talent acquisition experience
• Bachelors Degree from accredited university
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of benefits administration
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a PLUS
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment law fundamentals
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
