SoCode Recruitment is supporting a large, international organization delivering a global HR technology transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Change Manager to own the people and adoption side of a new HRIS and Talent Acquisition system rollout across North America and wider global teams.
This is a hands‑on delivery role
, not advisory. You’ll be embedded in the programme, working closely with HR leadership, technology teams, and regional stakeholders to ensure new HR and TA processes actually land and are adopted.
- Leading change activities aligned to the HRIS and TA rollout
- Assessing impact and readiness across HR teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and employees
- Coaching HR and business leaders through significant process and system change
- Identifying adoption risks early and driving practical mitigation
- Partnering with comms and training teams to ensure messaging reflects real people impact
- Tracking adoption and feedback post‑go‑live and adjusting approach as required
- 7+ years’ change management experience with strong HR digital transformation exposure
- Hands‑on experience supporting HRIS and/or Talent Acquisition system implementations
- Comfortable operating autonomously in complex, fast‑moving environments
- Confident engaging and influencing senior HR and business stakeholders
- Able to translate system and process change into clear, practical messaging for different audiences
Experience with platforms such as Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or similar is highly desirable. Change certifications are useful but not essential.
This is a fully remote, USA‑based contract offering long‑term engagement on a high‑profile global transformation.
