We are a U.S.–based trucking company expanding to Venezuela. We specialize in recruitment, connecting truck drivers with U.S. companies.

This position is open to candidates located in Venezuela.

• Make outbound calls to truck drivers, presenting job opportunities based on client requirements.
• Continuously update and manage the pipeline of candidates.
• Gather and verify necessary documentation from interested candidates.
• Submit candidate applications to clients for review.
• Act as the main point of contact between drivers and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.

• English language proficiency (B1–B2 or higher)
• Ambition, eagerness to learn and grow
• No prior experience required
• Full‑time availability: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. EST
• Personal and professional development desire
• Requires laptop, UPS, headset to ensure workflow during outages
