About the Role
As a Culture Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the overall culture of our organization. Working closely with the Enabling Teams and Executive leadership, you will enable and lead the development and implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives that promote a strong and inclusive culture throughout the company. Your primary focus will be on ideating, executing, and managing culture projects while working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure their success.
ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, and evaluation of culture initiatives and programs. Establish project plans, timelines, and deliverables, gather requirements, manage resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks to ensure program success.
Collaboration:
Build strong relationships, partner with teams to align culture initiatives with business objectives, engage stakeholders in ideation and implementation, and provide regular communication and reporting of progress, impact, and results.
Develop and implement engagement strategies, design and execute activities, events, and communication channels that promote employee involvement and satisfaction, and guide stakeholders on fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Implement feedback mechanisms, analyze data and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement, and continuously monitor and evaluate the impact of culture programs, adjusting as needed to drive positive change.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ideate and enable creative and impactful ways to strengthen the organization’s culture and core values. This role demands strong operational ownership and on‑ground execution initially, while also requiring the ability to think strategically and contribute to culture design. The execution‑to‑thinking mix will evolve as the role matures, and we are therefore looking for someone who can deliver today while building the capability to think and lead tomorrow.
Qualifications- Passionate about creating an inclusive and positive work culture.
- Strong project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and evaluating programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to inform decision‑making and measure program effectiveness.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively. A people‑savvy, “People’s Person” with knowledge of employee engagement strategies and best practices.
