Workday Payroll Techno-Functional Analyst
100% Remote. Long Term. Jobility Talent Solutions provided pay range: $58.00/hr - $59.00/hr.
Role Overview- Responsible for payroll systems development through to production implementation.
- Manage operational and project-related deliverables for payments to more than 23,000 employees.
- Maintain the integrity of all interfaces between payroll systems and internal and external systems.
- Ensure compliance with all Client, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- At least 4 years’ experience in payroll and/or time & attendance, preferably in a Healthcare/Not-For-Profit setting.
- Project/program management experience in healthcare.
- Experience with Symplr Workforce Management or similar Time & Attendance software, such as Kronos, is helpful.
- Workday Payroll configuration and reporting experience is essential.
- Proficient in operational processes to fully understand how systems can optimize operations.
- Ability to navigate through various applications/databases.
- Ability to learn on the job and stay up to date on new developments in the Payroll domain and the ERP system.
- Able to embrace new technologies and implement new HR policies in the system.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and clearly present complex information.
- Track record of developing strong relationships of trust and confidence with senior leaders, peers, and colleagues.
- Ability to influence, and effectively engage with a wide variety of team members.
- Ability to take initiatives to challenge the status quo and drive change for process optimization and business process transformation.
- Driven optimization and innovation efforts by continuously adapting to changing dynamics.
- Analytical skills to assess operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
