• Communicate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and find the best match
• Select IT specialists of middle/senior level (Frontend/Fullstack/Backend/QA, etc.)
• Lead candidates at all stages of selection
• Coordinate onboarding of new employees and assist with adaptation
• Optimize and improve the hiring process
• Participate in other HR projects (HR branding, event organization, training, etc.)

• Experience in recruiting from 3 years
• Experience in searching for specialists in different sources (hh, Linked In, Github, thematic chats/forums, etc.).
• Knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate level
