Own all people operations as we scale 3x. Build HR from the ground up: hiring, onboarding, culture, and processes for a fast‑growing international team.
What You’ll Do- Lead full‑cycle recruiting (sales, marketing, product, operations, mentors)
- Build & manage onboarding process for new hires
- Support international hiring (US, Europe, CIS)
- Manage performance reviews & team development
- Build & maintain company culture remotely
- Handle employee relations & conflict resolution
- Partner with CEO on org structure & team planning
- 3+ years HR experience (tech/startup preferred)
- Full‑cycle recruiting experience
- International hiring knowledge (multiple countries/labor laws)
- Remote team experience
- Organized & detail‑oriented
- Fluent English (international team)
- Comfortable with fast‑paced growth environment
- EdTech or SaaS company experience
- Experience scaling teams rapidly (2x‑3x growth)
- Knowledge of US/European labor laws
- HRIS systems experience (BambooHR, Workable, Lever)
- Russian language (for CIS team members)
- Build HR function from scratch
- Shape company culture
