Facilitate recruitment for open positions; partner with hiring leaders to understand business goals; design recruitment tactics and manage workflow efficiency; conduct initial screenings and assessments; advance top candidates to hiring leaders; support high‑volume and critical roles; manage data analytics and provide solutions; update HR systems; communicate deliverables to leaders; represent the Mayo brand positively; ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and diversity hiring initiatives.

No visa sponsorship. Must be located within a reasonable driving distance from the Mayo Clinic Arizona site for occasional on‑campus expectations.

Minimum:
High School diploma or GED and 2‑5 years corporate experience. Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, 3 years recruiting or HR experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms. Preferred certification:
Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR).

Annual salary range: $62,920.00 – $84,947.20. Full‑time position, business hours, 80 hours per pay period, weekend as needed.
