HR Generalist

Vaco Phoenix is seeking an experienced HR Generalist for a prestigious client based in West Phoenix! This role will focus on key HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, and compensation. • Manage and post job openings across multiple recruiting platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Prepare and extend employment offers while supporting candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct employee relations fact‑finding conversations and gather relevant information regarding workplace concerns.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and assisting with conflict resolution.
• Coordinate and facilitate weekly new‑hire orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support onboarding initiatives, employee engagement efforts, and daily human resources operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Experience leveraging MS Office Suite, particularly Power Point and Excel, to present information and influence Leadership.

Salary range: up to $75,000 per year based on experience. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision coverage and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
