The Opportunity

This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting our consulting and talent-based service lines within the BFSI sector. You’ll carry a prioritized book of requisitions spanning technology, operations, risk/regulatory, data/cloud, and transformation — and you’ll run them end-to-end with speed and quality.

You’ll report to the Director of Recruiting and serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Client Partners, and Account Managers. Expect meaningful collaboration, real visibility into the business, and a seat at the table during account planning and pipeline reviews.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technology, operations, risk/regulatory, data/cloud, and transformation roles in financial services
  • Source, evaluate, and submit high-quality candidates with urgency, precision, and a strong eye for fit
  • Build proactive pipelines for repeatable skill areas and forecasted client demand — don’t just react, anticipate
  • Conduct disciplined candidate qualification: technical depth, communication, banking experience, and comp alignment
  • Coach and prep candidates so they show up sharp, confident, and well-positioned for client interviews
  • Collaborate tightly with Sales, Client Partners, and Account Managers to deeply understand client context and priorities
  • Participate in account planning and pipeline reviews to get ahead of upcoming hiring needs
  • Maintain a clean, consistent weekly operating cadence: req prioritization, pipeline hygiene, candidate debriefs, and forecast accuracy
  • Flag risks and challenges early — be the person who surfaces hard truths and proposes solutions
  • Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (Linked In, referrals, job boards, direct outreach, and community engagement)
  • Build and maintain a deep network of banking, payments, fintech, and technology professionals
  • Share market intelligence on talent supply, comp trends, and skill availability to inform sales and delivery strategy
What You Bring
  • 5–10+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services — financial services industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record across technical, operational, risk/compliance, and project/PMO roles
  • Experience supporting both consulting/project-based placements and embedded/managed talent programs
  • Strong grasp of how banks and financial institutions structure teams, fund projects, and evaluate external talent
  • Ability to deliver quality candidates fast in a high-volume, high-expectation environment
