Job Overview
Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top client in Peoria to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This is a direct‑hire, fully onsite opportunity offering up to $70,000 annually. We are looking for a people‑focused HR professional who enjoys building relationships, supporting employees, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. The role will involve recruiting, employee relations, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Post and manage job openings across multiple recruiting platforms.
- Coordinate the full hiring process, including preparing and extending employment offers.
- Conduct employee relations fact‑finding meetings and gather information regarding workplace concerns.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate and support weekly new hire orientations.
- Assist with onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and HR programs.
- Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Partner with management and employees to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary range: up to $70,000 annually. Eligible for discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
