• We are looking for a Professional who is ready to experiment and learn; to work as a HR Recruiter.
• Also, alternatively we are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to oversee all the aspects related to Hiring, Business Development and New Client Acquisition along with the practices and processes associated with it.

• Handle end to end recruitment solutions. Enabling our partners to procure the right talent in a competitive recruitment environment. Comprehend the business requirements and building trust driven relationships to create robust recruitment strategies attracting the very best talent for the organisations.
• Generate new clients as per the existing Terms of Association using Digital Tools like Linked In, Facebook etc.
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Be involved in end-to-end Sales process for Resume Writing Services provided by the company; right from sending mailers, calling, making proposals, closing orders and hand holding.
• Be involved in BD of other products as offered in the L&D Section.

• Proven knowledge and experience of working as a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter in an organisation.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Knowledge of MIS.
• The ideal candidate would be a professional on a sabbatical and looking to kick-start their career with a decent work-life balance.

On Sharing Basis; the Associate would be paid on sharing basis for all closures made by them.
