Bilingual HR Specialist

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Bilingual HR Specialist to join the team due to an immediate vacancy. This individual will play a key role in supporting HR operations across both the manufacturing plant and corporate office. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working directly with hourly employees in a dynamic environment.

• Monday–Friday with flexible hours
• Must be available after the second shift at the plant (starting around 1pm)
• Fully onsite role with time split between plant floor and corporate HQ

• 3-5+ years of experience in HR
• Experience working with hourly staff
• Tech Savvy
• Good soft skills/professionalism – someone that can show initiative
• Bilingual in Spanish (reading & writing)
• Autonomous thinker (problem solver, etc) – Associates Degree
• Manufacturing/Construction/banking industry experience
