You’ll learn the full recruitment sales cycle. Source candidates across Linked In, job boards, and our database. Conduct interviews, negotiate salaries, close placements. Develop new client relationships and identify hiring opportunities—all with dedicated mentorship every step of the way.

• You earn while you learn. Base salary plus uncapped commission. Trainees with focus hit $75k+ in year one.
