Responsibilities- Recruits hourly paid manufacturing and hospitality employees.
- Holds job fairs, works with government agencies, and places online ads.
- Interviews employees.
- Sets up second interviews.
- New hire orientation.
- 2 years recruiting in a high volume environment.
- Hotel and manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.
