Temporary Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English)
We are partnering with a growing workforce solutions company seeking a Spanish/English Bilingual Recruiter to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a minimum 6-month contract position with the potential to become a permanent employee based on performance and business needs.
This role is ideal for an energetic recruiter who enjoys high-volume recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for field-based positions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and hire janitorial staff, floor technicians, and site supervisors.
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews in both English and Spanish.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and assist throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of qualified candidates within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and maintain talent pools to support ongoing staffing needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and fill positions efficiently.
- Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or staffing environments.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Experience recruiting hourly employees is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
